Hi, I'm Linda, I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coach that does things differently.

Diet culture has conditioned us to believe that we need to eat less and exercise more to fit into a specific size. We grew up learning that we need fit into a beauty mold, focus on cardio, avoid heavy weights, and eat as little as possible. Diet culture failed us!

We are not meant to fit a mold. We are meant to be ourselves, shine our light, be independent, speak our minds, take space, be strong, and more importantly, do what makes us feel good and show up as our best selves!

I have been there...

I know what it’s like to feel like you are doing everything right and still not seeing results, because I’ve been there! At what I thought was the peak of my fitness career I was working as a manager at a fitness studio, teaching fitness classes, doing CrossFit, and eating what I thought was healthy food, without losing a pound or looking much different. I was also experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, body aches and injuries, and was exhausted all the time. I was far from healthy.


Things started to change when I started working with a nutritionist. Turns out I was underfueled, overstressed, and under-recovered, and I was throwing my hormones out of balance! This is why I created the Nourish to Thrive Method, to help women improve their body composition without tanking their hormones and making the same mistakes I did.​​

Focusing on recovery, stress management, and sleep first will balance cortisol, improve resilience, and set your foundation moving forward. We will also focus on setting your environment for success by reducing your toxic load at home, improving hydration, reducing exercise volume and intensity as needed, and having nourishing and balanced meals.​

Cleanse and Fuel

 

Our gut health and blood sugar regulation are fundamental for our bodies to release inflammation and unwanted weight. We focus on reducing inflammatory foods, adding strategic supplementation and detoxification strategies that help our bodies get rid of toxins, balancing our gut microbiome, and improving digestion and nutrient absorption. This approach improves your energy and vitality and helps you feel lighter in your body.

Once you are consistently nourishing your body efficiently and you are feeling more energized, it is time to focus on making your body and mind stronger. We will build a movement routine that builds muscle, improves metabolism, and improves your body composition, while also keeping your hormones balanced and your stress in check.
