
Hi, I'm Linda
I'm a co-founder at BeWell and a Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coach. I help women get stronger, balance hormones, and improve body composition and metabolism without focusing on the scale. My approach includes nutrition recommendations, strategic supplementation, lifestyle changes, exercise, and mindset focus to support you in your journey to become your best self.
All About Me
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where I grew up enjoying music, playing sports, and dreaming of being a professional dancer.

I moved to Canada in 2014, searching for greater opportunities. As I was starting a new life and yearning for belonging, I tried a fitness class at a community centre—a combination of dance, physical activity, and collective care. I fell in love with building confidence through movement and decided to pursue a career in fitness to share this experience with others.

I have taught countless fitness classes, including Bollywood Dance Fitness, Zumba, TRX suspension training, bootcamps, kickboxing, strength training, and more. Yet, I felt something was still missing.

After struggling with gut problems for over 15 years and receiving a prediabetes diagnosis in 2018 without much support from doctors, I decided to take ownership of my health and find the answers the medical system failed to give me. I saw a nutritionist, and from there on my life was completely changed. This drove me to complete a nutrition certification, clean up my diet, seek help from other practitioners, and get to the bottom of it! I continued my education by completing a diploma in Holistic Nutrition. I also suffered a few injuries along the way that deepened my interest in movement training and rehabilitation, and have continued to take courses in biomechanics, public health, exercise physiology, and more.

Today, I aim to shine a light on people’s health journeys. I understand firsthand what it’s like to be left in the dark and aspire to help others feel seen through their wellness path.
