WHAT YOU GET WITH THE NUTRITION AUDIT
After receiving your intake form and your 3-5 day food log, we will meet for a one-hour video call to create a collaborative plan to improve your nutrition and health habits. And 2-4 weeks later, we meet again to assess your progress and troubleshoot around any challenges encountered and plan your next steps moving forward.
A CUSTOM NUTRITION PLAN
We will work together to find the best approach for you to implement the food and habit changes needed to achieve your goals. After our first call you will receive your custom nutrition plan and workbook which includes: weekly goals, food guidelines, trackers, and recommended supplements protocol.
4 WEEKS OF ONGOING SUPPORT
You get four weeks of ongoing support from your coach through Voxer, this way you can ask any questions that may come up, and your coach can keep you accountable with your goals and new habits with weekly check-ins and words of encouragement. We can communicate through pictures, voice-notes and messages.
